Da Vinci, A Genius!
Leonardo da Vinci was a genius. Not only he was a renowned painter, but he was everyone combined. He was a scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, sculptor, anatomist, architect, musician, writer and a botanist.
He is greatly treated as one of the greatest painters of all time. Many say he was perhaps the most talented person ever to have lived. His creativity and thoughts seem to be that of beyond human capacity.
The most famous works he had are the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. They are the most reproduced portraits of all time. With these, Leonardo da Vinci is known to be a cultural icon.
However, beyond all these fame and recognition he had got, many may not know that he had great respect for life and adored vegetarianism. It was believed that during his time, he purchased different kinds of birds that were placed in cages. As soon as he bought these, he freed all of these birds.
